Job Description -

Business Analyst (Residential Mortgage Domain) Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)

Overview We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Residential Mortgage domain

. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, document functionality, and support data-related processes including

data flow analysis and ETL understanding.

Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements. -

Analyze endtoend data flows within mortgage systems. - Work with

ETL teams to ensure accurate data mapping

and transformation. - Support business processes and help translate needs into technical specifications. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements - Prior experience in

Residential Mortgage or related financial services. - Strong understanding of

data flow, ETL processes, and system functionality

. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. -

Ability to work onsite in Chicago 2-3 days per week.
