Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and product owner roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on big data and ETL projects.
• Should work closely with business users in understanding BRD and converting into technical document and then explain it to Development team for the implementation.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights.
• Write detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for data-centric projects.
• Define and refine product backlogs to align with data integration and analytics objectives. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Work with agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data products.

Should have very good communication skills Prior experience on Recovery and Resolution Planning in Banking domain is Mandatory

• Should have an experience in both Business analyst and Product owner.
• Should have experience in Banking/Finance domain.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Handson experience in big data and ETL-related project environments.
• Hands-on experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid Understanding of Agile/ Scrum methodologies
• Experience in managing testing (UAT)
