Customer Service Representative

A leading organization in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for a contract to hire opportunity. As a third-party recruiting partner, LHH is working with the hiring team to identify candidates who are professional, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, resolving account questions, and delivering a positive customer experience while working toward long-term employment. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and payment issues Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Research account activity and partner with internal teams to support issue resolution Document customer interactions, updates, and outcomes accurately in internal systems Utilize systems and reports to track customer activity and follow up as needed Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Qualifications

Required: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer-facing roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and learning new systems High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Experience working with high-volume customer interactions Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or internal customer management systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly Why This Opportunity
