As an

Assistant Property Manager , you will play a vital role in helping our community thrive. From financial management to resident relations, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What You Will Do

Keep financials on track – Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with financial reporting.

Support leasing & marketing efforts – Help attract new residents and retain current ones through outstanding service and engagement.

Be a resident advocate – Listen to residents’ needs, address concerns with professionalism, and ensure a positive living experience.

Manage community operations – Prepare and deliver resident notices, enforce policies, and support the Property Manager as needed.

Step up as a leader – Take on Property Manager responsibilities in their absence and be a key player in daily operations.

Ensure compliance & safety – Follow Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Tackle special projects – Adapt to new challenges and contribute to a dynamic, growing community.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least one year of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.

Ability to work both in an office setting and occasionally outdoors as needed.

401(k): Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar‑for‑dollar, up to 6% of your pay. Contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. Employees at least 21 years old and with at least 60 days of service qualify.

Paid time off: employees accrue 5.23 hours per pay period, totaling 17 days per year.

11 paid holidays per year.

Parental leave: after six months, eligible for four weeks (primary caregiver) or two weeks (secondary caregiver). After two years, eligible for twelve weeks (primary caregiver).

Tuition reimbursement: up to $5,000 per year for pre‑approved tuition expenses, with repayment obligations if employment ends before 24 months.
