In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to help assemble well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities also include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, and preparing documentation. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to clients is essential.
You may also assist with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This role emphasizes reliable service, attention to detail, and organization rather than sales responsibilities.
