In this position, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when adjustments occur. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and strong client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
Key Responsibilities
