This role focuses on research, organization, and client communication to ensure travel arrangements are structured clearly and efficiently. In this position, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble personalized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when adjustments occur. This role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and strong customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process. Key Responsibilities
