Travel Sales Consultant

to assist clients with researching, planning, and organizing travel experiences. This role focuses on communication, coordination, and thoughtful planning support to ensure each itinerary is structured clearly and efficiently.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble personalized travel plans. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records.

You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before and during travel when adjustments occur. This role emphasizes dependable coordination, organization, and strong customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and requirements

Research destinations, accommodations, and transportation options

Assist with itinerary preparation and reservation coordination

Confirm bookings and maintain accurate planning records

Provide updates and ongoing support

Maintain organized client documentation
