Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.

You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments and documentation needs when changes occur. This role emphasizes dependable coordination and client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
