
Construction Superintendent (Tenant Improvement / Remodel)

We are looking for a motivated construction professional ready to step into a Superintendent role and take ownership of running projects in the field.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of hands-on construction experience who understands how jobsites work and is ready to grow into a leadership position.
Projects primarily consist of tenant improvements, remodels, and interior build-outs , not large ground-up developments. The work moves fast and requires someone who can stay organized, coordinate subcontractors, and keep the jobsite running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day jobsite operations on tenant improvement and remodel projects Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule Monitor project schedules and help keep projects on track Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed Verify quality of work and ensure it meets plans and specifications Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Assist with materials, deliveries, inspections, and basic documentation Qualifications
3–7 years of construction experience (carpentry, foreman, lead installer, etc.) Ready to grow into a Superintendent role and take ownership of projects Comfortable coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on site Able to read construction drawings and understand scopes of work Strong communication and organizational skills Commercial tenant improvement, restaurant, or retail construction experience is a plus Opportunity
