
District Sales Manager

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach / develop your team.
Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Account Sales Managers, ensuring effective in‑store execution for key customers, driving sales volume, monitoring KPIs, and coaching the team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
Valid US Driver’s License and a DOT Medical card
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
English required; additional languages an advantage
Travel requirement 0–10%
