Responsible for supporting the Provider Enrollment staff in ensuring all supporting documentation for enrollments is up to date and available for the staff at all times. Responsible in assisting with on-going maintenance of system data as well as review of provider directories for accuracy.**Job Description**Ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions to enable and support processing activities in alignment with enterprise standards, processes and Provider Enrollment policies. Follow appropriate escalation process for complex transactions requiring representative and leadership support.Monitor and maintain the process of gathering current, accurate, and complete information for Provider Enrollment including but not limited to: State License, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Mammography Certs, Radiology Certs, etc.Provide support to representatives in related areas as needed. Maintain a standard report library and prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports as required. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding supporting documentation. Runs reports in Credential Stream to monitor expirable reports and act when needed. Assist Application Support team with various projects. Responsible for in-house communications, and delivery of documents needing signatures and ensure returned to the appropriate individual in a timely manner.May work on Payer Directory verifications and assist with other various provider enrollment support duties. Priority will be to support documentation manager, location demographic maintenance and verification for Good Samaritan Society and Sanford Health managing and medical director listening.Complete work within authorized time to assure compliance with strict departmental and compliance standards as well as payor time limits. Attend team meetings. Ensure compliance with corporate data administration rules, security standards, as well as all policies and procedures. Support activities related to the definition and classification of data in accordance with Sanford policy.Prioritize tasks and issues to ensure these are addressed and in alignment with their urgency. Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files, documentation, and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements.**Qualifications**High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year of experience in providing customer service, as well as experience entering data into EMR systems. General computer skills, including the ability to use the range of Microsoft products General computer skills, including the ability to use the range of Microsoft products.
