Your Responsibilities As a Sales Executive , you will manage the entire sales process —from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. Your ability to forge strong connections, comprehend client needs, and deliver tailored facility service solutions will be vital for your success. This role emphasizes proactive prospecting, nurturing relationships, and strategic selling to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Seek out new opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on‑site visits .
Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming any objections.
Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
Stay ahead of the game! Carry out competitive analysis and keep up‑to‑date with the facility maintenance industry.
Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up with potential clients.
Work together with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and excellent service delivery for new clients.
Be the face of City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.

Compensation
Base salary of $70,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
