The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets, effectively juggling multiple responsibilities, showcasing a robust work ethic, and excelling in CRM platforms. Moreover, you should be comfortable navigating various sectors, including industrial, medical, and retail environments, always placing a premium on air quality and customer satisfaction

As a Sales Executive, you will oversee the entire sales process, from making cold calls and generating leads to sealing the deal. Your Responsibilities As a Sales Executive , you will manage the entire sales process —from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. Your ability to forge strong connections, comprehend client needs, and deliver tailored facility service solutions will be vital for your success. This role emphasizes proactive prospecting, nurturing relationships, and strategic selling to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Seek out new opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on‑site visits .

Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities.

Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming any objections.

Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.

Stay ahead of the game! Carry out competitive analysis and keep up‑to‑date with the facility maintenance industry.

Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up with potential clients.

Work together with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and excellent service delivery for new clients.

Be the face of City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.

Compensation

Base salary of $70,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.

Top performers have the potential to earn up to $170,000.

2-8 years of Outside Sales experience required.

Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment.

Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field)

Organized with territory management experience.

Strong outgoing, dynamic personality

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings

Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong knowledge of CRM systems
