About the Role We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to support a busy administrative and claims‑processing department. The team needs someone who can quickly jump in to manage internal and external communication, process insurance‑related claims, and help keep workflows organized. All email responses and documentation follow structured templates, making this a great role for someone detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities As a
Customer Service Representative , you will handle a variety of administrative and claims‑related tasks, including:
Email & Communication
Manage customer emails through Outlook
Respond to internal emails and coordinate information across departments
Claims Support
Work from a shared inbox to process total loss and repair claim notifications
Create and update cases in
Salesforce
Ensure all required documentation is collected and properly filed
Use task lists, queues, and follow‑up schedules to track progress
Access and maintain centralized customer service documents
Minimum Requirements (Must‑Haves)
Strong proficiency with
Outlook email
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Positive attitude and eagerness to work
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working full time, 100% onsite
Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)
Experience as a
Customer Service Representative
in financial services, insurance, or claims processing
Salesforce experience
Familiarity with LeasePlus
Background supporting claims (not as extensive as major insurance carriers)
Compensation
Full‑time equivalent salary:
$60,000
