Trade Marketing Analyst

Responsible for executing go-to-market strategies and supporting trade marketing and brand initiatives to drive sales performance and brand growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Trade Marketing

Execute go-to-market strategies using Trade Marketing KPIs and data analysis.

Create sales guidelines based on performance metrics and market insights.

Support the Sales team in developing and presenting programs to current customers and prospects.

Analyze data in the Repsly system to improve field engagement and execution.

Consolidate campaign learnings and recommendations into comprehensive reports to support future initiatives.

Communicate monthly updates to the Sales team on campaign performance and tracking.

Brand & Marketing Execution

Support the development and execution of 360-degree brand programs and activations.

Contribute to integrated communication campaigns based on key consumer insights to drive brand KPIs.

Ensure on-time execution of international marketing and communications programs.

Develop product catalogs and other marketing materials.

Update website images and content as needed.

Point of Sale (POS) & Field Support

Develop and manage POS materials to ensure excellence in execution.

Oversee inventory management and distribution of POS materials.

Events & Trade Shows

Manage trade show logistics, including shipping samples and coordinating event materials.

Create event credentials and invitations.

Operations & Administration

Process FedEx invoices and manage sample shipments.

Handle customer complaints in coordination with Customer Service.

Review completed contracts to ensure no outstanding items remain.

Manage payments and follow up on second installments.

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Marketing within the consumer goods industry.

Experience in the U.S. domestic market.

Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
