Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an Inside Sales Associate in our Harrison or Kearny NJ locations. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for day‑to‑day sales tasks ensuring efficient sales operations. Tasks include phone and email sales, customer service, providing product specs, quoting, order entry, and order follow‑up. We are willing to train and provide the knowledge you need to become an effective team member of our sales force. Our starting pay range for this opportunity is $40,000 to $50,000.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and maintenance of customer satisfaction a must
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to collaborate with teams effectively
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, oral, written and organizational skills
Prior exposure to the construction supply industry is a plus but not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
