What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Execute high-volume daily outbound dialing using Apollo call sequences

Complete all assigned call steps within active Apollo sequences each day

Conduct brief qualification conversations to confirm fit, interest, and next steps

Schedule qualified meetings or pass opportunities according to established handoff procedures

Provide clear, concise call notes and context to sellers for effective follow-up

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects quickly

Comfort and confidence executing high-volume outbound calling

Ability to operate within structured processes, sequences, and talk tracks

Demonstrated self-motivation and consistent activity levels

Strong attention to detail in call logging and CRM hygiene

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft)

Prior experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or call-heavy roles

Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and performance metrics
