
Regional Sales Manager- Waterworks

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory by building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, municipalities, and manufacturers’ representatives. Your ability to combine technical product knowledge with strategic relationship management will help expand market share and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys owning a territory, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with both end users and channel partners to deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities
Grow regional revenue by expanding distributor relationships and securing new business
Strengthen the performance of manufacturer rep networks through coaching, accountability, and collaboration
Increase wallet share with key municipal, contractor, and OEM customers
Expand market presence through new stocking agreements and strategic partnerships
Drive measurable sales performance across Waterworks, PVF, and Fire Protection product lines
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Waterworks, PVF, and Fire Protection products
Experience working with distributors and manufacturers’ representative sales networks
Established relationships with contractors, municipalities, and industry stakeholders
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze territory performance and develop strategic sales plans
Preferred Skills
Experience using ERP and CRM systems or similar sales management tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
