We're a boutique personal injury litigation firm practicing in New York & New Jersey, seeking an experienced paralegal (5+ years) who wants challenging work, autonomy, and the opportunity to truly own their cases from start to finish.

5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (construction accidents, motor vehicle, premises liability)
NY & NJ experience required - You know the courts, the procedures, the systems
Litigation skills: Discovery, depositions, trial prep, motion practice
Tech-savvy: Experience with case management software (we use CasePeer), e-filing systems, comfort with legal tech
Independent worker who thrives with autonomy and accountability
Bilingual (Spanish) a significant plus
