Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kansas City, MO, for the role of Account Executive. The Account Executive will focus on building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include sourcing new business opportunities, negotiating terms with clients, maintaining records, and meeting sales targets. The role requires active communication with clients to provide logistical solutions and ensure timely and efficient transportation services tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with proven experience in account management and client relationship building
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Organizational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of freight or transportation logistics is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
