O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable, locally and family-owned Automotive Company to find their next Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and customer-focused with strong phone and communication skills. The team takes pride in quality work, professionalism, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Customer Service Representative Compensation
$20 per hour Paid Health Insurance 401(k) with employer match Part-time: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Customer Service Representative Qualifications
Previous customer service and phone experience preferred Dependable, organized, and professional Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with inquiries Convert calls and walk-ins into appointments for estimates and repairs Schedule and confirm estimate and repair appointments Follow up with customers who received estimates but have not yet booked repairs Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process Coordinate rental cars or other transportation as needed Assist customers with final paperwork and vehicle pickup Conduct quality inspections of repaired vehicles O2 Employment Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
