Position Summary: The Transportation Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business development and revenue growth within the region. This role focuses on securing volume LTL and/or TL freight opportunities while leveraging the company’s full suite of logistics capabilities to create comprehensive customer solutions.

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented position offering strong earning potential and long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting LTL and TL freight opportunities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business

Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and supply chain decision-makers

Identify cross-selling opportunities across warehousing, brokerage, consolidation, and fulfillment services

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements

Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction

Maintain CRM pipeline activity and meet or exceed revenue targets

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of current or recent experience selling volume LTL and/or TL transportation services

Proven track record of generating new revenue in this market

Established relationships with regional shippers preferred

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to sell value-added logistics solutions beyond core transportation
