Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join a growing team in Dayton, Ohio. This role is responsible for managing loan files from application through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications for completeness and accuracy

• Collect and verify borrower documentation including income, credit, and asset information

• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and third parties to obtain required documentation

• Ensure loan files meet underwriting and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate records and update loan status throughout the process

• Assist with preparing files for underwriting and closing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Loan Processor, Mortgage Processor, or in a similar lending or financial services role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems
