About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Sales to lead the acceleration of profitable growth, strengthen key retail partnerships, and build scalable sales infrastructure. This strategic, cross-functional leadership role demands a data-driven sales leader with a proven track record in prestige beauty retail, particularly within exclusive retail partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's omnichannel sales strategy, creating growth plans, and overseeing the full sales budget. Key responsibilities also include strategic retail partnership management, leading commercial negotiations, and aligning with various internal teams to ensure the success of the sales strategy.

Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive sales leadership experience in prestige beauty or consumer packaged goods. The role requires a strong understanding of omnichannel business models, including wholesale and DTC integration, and proven financial expertise with P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional negotiator, communicator, and relationship manager, with experience in overseeing brokers, distributors, and external partners.
