This strategic, cross-functional leadership role is pivotal in the company's next stage of expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's omnichannel sales strategy, creating growth plans, and overseeing the full sales budget. Key tasks include managing a major prestige retail account, driving growth within exclusive relationships, and leading commercial negotiations. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure the alignment of go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and visual merchandising.
