Jr. Key Account Manager – Price Clubs (Mexico) Job Overview The Jr. Key Account Manager is a Lead‑level individual contributor responsible for the day‑to‑day operational execution of SharkNinja’s Price Clubs business in Mexico, with primary ownership of Sam’s Club. The role focuses on ensuring accurate forecasts, clean execution, inventory control, and operational readiness for high‑volume club programs while supporting additional club customers such as Costco and City Club as needed. This position sits within the Commercial / Sales organization and is critical to ensure that what is sold, forecasted, and committed is executed correctly and profitably. Success in this role comes from strong numerical discipline, operational follow‑up, and attention to detail, not just planning.
Responsibilities Account Execution & Daily Operations
Own the day‑to‑day execution of the Sam’s Club account, ensuring plans are translated into accurate orders, forecasts, and deliveries.
Act as the operational point of contact for Sam’s Club‑related topics including orders, forecasts, inventory, promotions, and events.
Track weekly performance vs. plan and escalating risks early with clear, data‑backed recommendations.
Support execution for Costco and City Club when required.
Forecasting, Demand & Inventory Control
Own weekly and monthly forecasting for Sam’s Club, including volume assumptions, phasing, and scenario planning.
Monitor sell‑through, weeks of supply, and inventory positions, proactively identifying overstock or supply risks.
Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align forecasts, shipments, and event timing.
Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure changes are clearly communicated and documented.
Promotions, Events & Item Execution
Support the execution of in‑and‑out items, promotions, and events, ensuring operational readiness.
Validate volumes, pricing, timelines, and exit plans before committing to customer programs.
Track event performance in real time and perform post‑event analysis to identify gaps and improvements.
Ensure all promotional activity meets margin, ROI, and inventory objectives.
Financial & Numerical Ownership
Track sales, margins, gross‑to‑net, and cost‑to‑serve at account level.
Validate pricing, pack configuration, and volumes before customer submission.
Maintain accurate reporting and ensure numbers are aligned across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Identify operational or financial variances and propose corrective actions.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Coordinate daily with Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Operations.
Ensure internal teams are aligned on what is shipping, when it is shipping, and at what cost.
Prepare clear, factual updates for internal and customer meetings.
Follow up relentlessly to close gaps and resolve execution issues.
Ways of Working
Operate independently as a Lead‑level individual contributor, owning execution without constant oversight.

Skills Required Must Have
3–5 years of experience in Key Account, Sales Operations, or Commercial Execution roles within:
Electronics
White goods
Major appliances
Hands‑on operational experience managing Sam’s Club Mexico (required).
Strong experience working with forecasts, inventory, promotions, and high‑volume programs.
Strong analytical and numerical capability, including:
Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, scenario analysis)
Comfort managing large datasets and operational reports
Strong understanding of margins, gross‑to‑net, and inventory productivity
English level B2 or higher; fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
Sam’s systems knowledge.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Costco and/or City Club.
Exposure to in‑and‑out programs, event‑based selling, and limited‑assortment models.
Additional Requirements
Strong attention to detail and follow‑up discipline.
Clear, concise communicator able to translate numbers into actions.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in fast‑moving environments.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
