Internship Opportunity – Real Estate Acquisitions
A real estate firm is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our Acquisitions Team in our New York office.
This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands‑on experience in the real estate investment space. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with experienced investors and gain direct exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate deals from sourcing off‑market opportunities to underwriting and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research off‑market acquisition opportunities across Tristate Area
Assist with outreach to property owners and brokers
Build financial models and projections in Excel
Support the development of internal investment presentations
Analyze market data, trends, and comps
Qualifications:
Strong interest in real estate investing, private equity, or capital markets
Proactive, self‑starter mentality with attention to detail
Solid Excel skills (financial modeling experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and research skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Current undergraduate or graduate student (preferred fields: finance, real estate, economics, business)
