Benefits
Be the first point of contact for employee Benefits, Payroll and Total Rewards inquiries
Conduct Benefits portion of new hire orientation
Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations to ensure Onboarding programs are effective and meet the needs of a growing organization from a Total Rewards perspective
Manage benefit enrollments and changes in Paylocity and other Benefit systems
Conduct periodic audits of all lines of coverage
Reconcile benefit invoices in partnership with Finance function
Assist with coordinating wellbeing initiatives and annual Health Fairs
Maintain employee facing wellness resources
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain knowledge of human resources trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law
Compensation and Rewards
Manage the data administration for the current rewards and recognition system
Ensure organizational governance around career level frameworks, job architecture and job evaluations
Create new positions in HRIS system (Paylocity)
Conduct market research, participate in compensation surveys, and analyze pay data to ensure competitive positioning
Support year‑end compensation planning process with in Compensation planning system
Prepare data needed to comply with state pay laws
Identify creative and fun ways to recognize and reward employees
Qualifications Level of Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant area
Number of Years of Experience in the Function and in the Industry:
5–8 years with Human Resources with focus on Benefits or Compensation
Primary skills and knowledge include, but are not limited to the following:
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Able to speak comfortably with employees and quickly gain trust at all levels while showing compassion and kindness
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Handle confidential and employee information sensitivelyAbility to work through ambiguity and manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to work autonomously and self‑motivate, as well as collaborate in a team environment
Working knowledge of federal and state laws with solid HR policies and practices experience including ADA, EEO, FMLA, wage and hour laws, ERISA and benefits
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
Prior experience in Compensation and or Benefits
Analytics and mathematical aptitude a plus
Experience with Radford Survey data, Wishlist, Paylocity and Compensation systems a plus
Min USD $124,630.00/Yr.
Max USD $157,590.00/Yr.
