Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations to ensureOnboarding programs are effective and meet the needs of a growing organization from a Total Rewards perspective
Manage Benefitenrollmentsand changes in Paylocity and other Benefit systems
Conduct periodic audits of all lines of coverage
Reconcilebenefit invoicesinpartnership with Finance function
Assistwith coordinating wellbeing initiatives andannual HealthFairs
Maintainemployee facingwellnessresources
Maintaincompliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain knowledge of Human Resources trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law
Compensationand Rewards
Manage the dataadministrationfor thecurrent Rewards and Recognition system
Ensureorganizational governance around career level frameworks, jobarchitectureand job evaluations
Create new positions inHRISsystem(Paylocity)
Conduct market research,participatein compensation surveys, and analyze pay data to ensure competitive positioning
Support year-end compensation planning process withinCompensation planning system
Prepare data needed tocomply withstate pay laws
Identifycreative and fun ways to recognize and reward employees
Qualifications Level of Education Required:
Bachelor'sdegreein Human Resourcesorother relevantarea
Number ofYears ofExperience in theFunction and in theIndustry:
5 - 8yearswithin Human Resources with focus on Benefits or Compensation
Primary skillsand knowledgerequiredinclude,but are not limited to the following:
Excellent interpersonal,writtenand verbal communication skills
Able to speak comfortably with employeesand quickly gain trust atall levelswhile showing compassion and kindness
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Handle confidential and employee informationsensitively
Ability to work through ambiguityand manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate, as well ascollaboratein a team environment
Working knowledge of federal and state laws with solid HRpolicies and practices experience including ADA, EEO, FMLA, wage and hour laws,ERISAand benefits.
Computerproficiencyin MS Office SuiteandHRIS systems
Prior experience in Compensation and or Benefitsrequired
Analytics and mathematicalaptitude a plus
Experience with Radford Survey data,Wishlist, PaylocityandCompensation systemsa plus
