ProCraft is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives in the Huntsville area who want a long-term career home, not another short-term gig. We’re a fully licensed unlimited general contractor. If it involves a home, we do it: restoration, remodeling, and construction all under one roof.
Because we’ve done the hard work on reputation and marketing, we now have more qualified homeowner appointments than our current team can run. We need professionals who can step in, run leads, and close.
What Makes This Different:
Company-supplied, qualified appointments. You spend your time in homes with interested homeowners, not wandering neighborhoods hoping someone answers.
Tools to do the job from day one. We provide the iPad, software, inspection tools, branded gear, and in-house systems you need so you can focus on selling, not juggling tech.
Training and ride-alongs. Structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and ongoing coaching so you can ramp fast, learn the system, and start earning real commission quickly.
W2 position with uncapped earning. Straight commission, no income ceiling. You’re paid when you close the deal, not when the job is completed.

DRIVE
18 years or older
Personal, reliable transportation
Must be able to walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Live in or near the service area
Strong communication skills and a desire to build a career
