is hiring a high-performing

Outside Sales Representative

to run qualified appointments, help homeowners solve drainage and gutter problems, and close profitable work. We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and ask for the sale without acting weird about money. What you’ll do Run scheduled estimate appointments with homeowners Inspect homes and recommend the right solution Quote gutter installation, gutter guards, repairs, and cleaning Follow company sales process and pricing structure Submit clean, accurate paperwork and job details Follow up on open estimates Self-generate opportunities when possible through neighborhood networking, referrals, and canvassing What we’re looking for Outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred Home services experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays Coachable, accountable, and organized Able to use a CRM, phone, and basic technology without melting down What we offer Qualified leads provided Additional earning opportunity for self-generated business Strong support from office and operations team High-ticket, high-demand service category Opportunity to grow with an established home services company Pay Commission-based or base + commission structure depending on experience Top performers have strong income potential Additional incentives may be available for margin, self-generated sales, and performance This role is for you if: You like being in the field You’re confident talking to homeowners You know how to create urgency ethically You want to be paid based on performance This role is not for you if: You hate follow-up You struggle with paperwork You need someone else to do all the hard parts after the appointment You avoid asking for commitment To apply:
