GTM Talent Partner

Encord, San Francisco, CA, United States

About us Encord is the universal data layer for AI that helps 300+ AI teams train and run models on the right data. Our platform indexes, curates, annotates, and evaluates data across the full AI lifecycle, from development through production.

Trusted by Woven by Toyota, AXA, UiPath, Zipline, and more. We're an ambitious team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator.

The role Encord is growing rapidly, and we're hiring a GTM Talent Partner to help scale our commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to sharpen their craft across sourcing, screening, and hiring execution. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to move quickly, maintain a high bar, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience.

This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, pipeline velocity, and learning‑by‑doing — perfect for someone looking to grow into a top‑tier GTM talent partner!

What you’ll do

Own end‑to‑end recruiting for high‑volume GTM roles, including Commercial Associates, Account Executives, and other revenue‑driving positions

Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, organisation, and quality

Source candidates across inbound and outbound channels, using creative and scalable approaches to build strong pipelines

Conduct initial screens to assess motivation, role fit, and core competencies

Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities

Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication

Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in our ATS (Lever) and use recruiting metrics (pipeline health, pass‑through rates, time‑to‑fill) to continuously improve results

Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience at every stage of the process

Who we’re looking for

2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM, sales, or commercial roles in a fast‑growing company

Experience hiring for high‑volume or repeatable roles with clear success profiles

Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort with outbound outreach

Ability to assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully through structured screens

Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency

Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Interest in growing your recruiting craft and taking on more responsibility over time

Experience requirements

2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, sales, or commercial roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company

Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume, repeatable hiring at pace — you know how to build efficient pipelines, maintain quality, and close candidates quickly without cutting corners

Strong outbound sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels, with a track record of building pipelines beyond inbound applicants alone

Experience conducting structured screens to assess motivation, competency, and role fit, and communicating clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches, track pipeline health accurately, and flag risks proactively

Familiarity with ATS platforms for pipeline management and activity tracking; experience with Lever is a plus

Bonus: Prior recruiting experience in SaaS, AI, or a high‑growth start‑up; exposure to recruiting analytics and data‑driven hiring practices; interest in employer branding or process improvement; familiarity with Lever or other modern ATS platforms
