Summary The Sales & Business Operations internship is pivotal in supporting the integrity of our Zoho CRM, enhancing our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assisting with proactive customer and business development outreach. You will work closely with Sales and Client Services to help ensure our data is actionable, our systems and processes are continuously improving, and our operations are positioned to scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support CRM administration work, including data cleanup, validation, and ongoing maintenance.

Assist with organizing and managing CRM data to support reporting and conversion tracking.

Use CRM data to help identify dormant or inactive accounts for re-engagement.

Support outreach efforts and help collect product or customer feedback.

Assist with documenting processes and updating SOPs to support internal systems and scalability.

Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and documentation.

Other duties may be assigned at any time

Education and/or Experience

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or applicable field to Project/Account Management

Comfortable with learning and navigating software systems (CRM, databases, or similar tools)

Experience with Excel/Google Sheets or coursework involving data analysis preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a passion for learning
