to originate and process real estate investor loan opportunities across a wide range of small-balance commercial and residential investment products. This role is ideal for someone coming from: Mortgage loan officer (residential retail, commercial exp plus!) Investor-focused wholesaling or acquisition background Title, insurance, or lending adjacent roles Compensation This is a
1099 independent contractor role
with
commission-based earnings

The Partner Associate Program is designed for
independent originators
who want to sell Blue Gate Capital’s lending products and services without operating under a Blue Gate brand identity. You will act as a
third-party loan sourcing partner , helping real estate investors access the right financing options while building your own pipeline and income stream. Our Loans Fund in a generic name, we never have to speak to your clients if you don't want us to. Why This Role is Different Most real estate professionals never learn investor lending — but once you do, you unlock a long-term career working with repeat borrowers who constantly buy and refinance.
