We are hiring
independent Partner Associates (1099)
to originate and process real estate investor loan opportunities across a wide range of small-balance commercial and residential investment products. This role is ideal for someone coming from:
Mortgage loan officer (residential retail, commercial exp plus!)
Investor-focused wholesaling or acquisition background
Title, insurance, or lending adjacent roles
Compensation This is a
1099 independent contractor role
with
commission-based earnings
. UnCapped Commissions.

The Partner Associate Program is designed for
independent originators
who want to sell Blue Gate Capital’s lending products and services with or without operating under a Blue Gate brand identity.
You will act as a
third-party loan sourcing partner , BGC Branded or Self Branded helping real estate investors access the right financing options while building your own pipeline and income stream.
