Production Associate – Wide Format Print & Graphics Production

We are hiring a dependable, detail-driven Production Associate to join our wide-format print and graphics team.
This is not an entry-level “button pusher” role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of production accuracy, material efficiency, and workflow execution.
If you have experience in wide-format printing, sign production, vinyl graphics, or print finishing — this could be a long-term growth opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Operate wide-format printers and production equipment Perform vinyl finishing (laminating, trimming, weeding, taping, mounting) Read and execute detailed work orders Perform quality control inspections before jobs leave production Verify material availability prior to print runs Help track material usage and reduce waste Maintain clean and organized production areas Package and prepare orders for installation or shipping Assist with daily printer maintenance and cleaning What We’re Looking For
Experience in wide-format printing or sign production preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Professional attitude and strong communication skills Organized and process-oriented Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm Occasional Saturdays based on production needs Health Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Flexible Schedule Growth Path
