
Sales Support & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Ensure deal flowisprogressing as expected, manage CRM updates andmaintainaccurateclient records, prepare sales materials, track sales metrics andassistwith reporting.
Operations Support processing and internal workflow coordination, maintain organized documentation and office systems, assistwith process improvement initiatives, serve as a liaison between sales, management, and external partners.
Marketing Assistwith email campaigns and marketing outreach, help manage social media and digital content updates, coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts, conduct market and competitor research.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to switch tasks quickly as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
