Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with internet and phone leads
Prospect to data base on a daily basis
Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions
Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations
Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals
Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
