Sales Consultants
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the entire sales process from
initial contact to vehicle delivery
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Follow the dealership sales process and maintain CRM records
Keep up with
Toyota products, features, and market trends
Maintain sales goals, customer satisfaction scores, and monthly targets
Work with management to develop strategies to increase sales
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
