We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is responsible for maturing a professional relationship with our customers, obtaining new business and securing profit margins for the company, and strong collaboration with senior leadership in order to define creative solutions to unexpected commercial challenges.
What you will be responsible for
Understand the scope of our business in detail (Processes, technologies, change management)
Understand the main financial KPIs of the account to be managed, creating strategies for improvement.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers
Lead interdisciplinary teams for RFQ processes.
Follow-up and calculation of sales forecasts and budgets.
Follow-up of tooling collections and engineering changes with customers.
Special negotiations with customers.
Complete other duties as assigned.
What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required)
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering or related career. professional experience in sales in interiors and exteriors Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production systems, continuous improvement, or project management
Similar position minimum 3 years (preference with German OEMs)
3 years of Sales Experience
5 years of Automotive Industry
Project Execution and Release, Injection Molding Process, Plastic Injection, Drawing Interpretation
APQP
English and German preferably
Knowledge of costing system
