A fast-growing
l ive event production company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support its expanding sales team. This organization produces large-scale corporate events, tradeshows, conferences, and experiential productions across the country and is continuing to grow rapidly.
This role will work closely with sales leadership and account managers to keep the team organized, manage CRM data, and support overall sales operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system (preferably HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry and updates
Produce regular and ad-hoc sales reports, including pipeline tracking and performance metrics
Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
Support the broader sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative needs
Organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up action items
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve team efficiency
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and adaptable mindset
Nice to Have
Previous experience supporting a sales or account management team
