Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties and nearly 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.
We are looking for future associates who can live out our cultural values called the 3 “Biggies”.

About the Role Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Leasing Agent that will serve our properties on the east side of the Kansas City Metro that may also occasionally assist with our other properties in the greater Kansas City Metro.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, greeting prospects, presenting professionally the features and benefits of the community, securing lease agreements, qualifying new residents, and other tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Regional Manager.
The candidate must have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.
Base Hourly Rate: $18/hr to $21/hr based on experience
Experience & Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of multifamily property management experience
Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Yardi preferred
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
