The Opportunity at Hand The role of the B2B Intern is an integral member of the B2B Team, adding value through hands‑on support of B2B email marketing, website content and layout updates, product accuracy audits, and day‑to‑day operational execution.

This internship provides exposure to the intersection of marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale operations, offering the opportunity to contribute to live campaigns and customer‑facing digital experiences while learning the fundamentals of B2B business within a global brand.

Projects & Tasks

Assist with the execution and review of B2B email marketing campaigns, including content accuracy and basic performance reporting

Support B2B website updates, including layout, banners, landing pages, and promotional content

Review and maintain product accuracy across the B2B platform, ensuring correctness of product data, imagery, pricing, and availability

Help identify and resolve product or content discrepancies across internal systems

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seasonal launches and ongoing initiatives

Provide general B2B team support, including reporting, documentation, and operational assistance

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas

Other projects and tasks as assigned

What you will need to make an impact

Strong interest in email marketing, ecommerce, website experience, and digital merchandising

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly

Understanding of or exposure to email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar) is a plus

Basic understanding of website layout, digital content, or user experience principles

Exceptional attention to detail, especially related to product information and content accuracy

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working cross‑functionally and asking questions

Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify discrepancies

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with ecommerce platforms, SAP, or PLM is a plus

Education and Experience

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Interest in sports, fashion, lifestyle brands, and/or B2B commerce preferred

Previous experience with email marketing, digital content, website management, or retail/wholesale environments is a plus

This role is 100% in-person and requires on‑site attendance five days a week at our Headquarters building located in downtown Buffalo. The hourly rate for this posted position is $17/hr and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
