About The Opportunity Focused on EST & CST based candidates
What will you be doing?
Support all aspects of assigned accounts as needed. This may include (not exhaustive) developing presentations for clients, managing projects within internal and external teams, and support of client and member meetings.
Develop and implement member awareness plans into the assigned book of business.
Coordination and implementation of project‑based client member meetings, conferences, and other external facing events.
Gain a deep understanding of TruHearing’s business model and solutions in order to best meet the needs of our clients and identify areas for growth and expansion.
Actively pursue opportunities to implement new marketing or member communication campaigns within accounts.
Rigorously document client‑facing activities, communications, and other information in Salesforce.
Collaborate with Sales on new contracting opportunities that are developed through your account management efforts.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for labor union clients, building strong partnerships with union leadership, trustees, and member advocates. Represent TruHearing at union‑specific events such as benefit fairs, committee meetings, steward trainings, and national or regional conferences.
Navigate the unique governance, decision‑making structures, and communication channels specific to labor unions to support client needs and program success.
Tailor member engagement strategies to union populations, adjusting for membership demographics, communication preferences, and organizational culture.
Identify union‑specific opportunities for program optimization that support long‑term stability, leadership goals, and membership value.
Advise internal teams on labor‑related nuances and requirements to ensure accurate delivery of contracted services.
Serve as the subject‑matter resource on labor union clients for cross‑functional partners (Sales, Operations, Implementation, Marketing).
Travel regularly to attend union events, maintain relationships, and support program visibility with membership and leadership.

What education or experience is required? Recommended
Three (3+) years of success Account Management experience
Preferred
.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education)
Sales skills and/or experience
