Job Description Seeking a highly experienced and client-focused

Commercial Lines Account Executive

to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large, complex accounts, with a strong focus on client servicing and risk control strategy.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing representative for large, complex accounts, including government contractors.

Develop and implement high-level risk control strategies tailored to client needs.

Manage layered programs and captives, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

Provide exceptional client servicing, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to quote and renew business effectively.

Utilize agency management system to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts.

Expertise: Knowledge of layered programs, captives, and government contracting is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong client servicing and risk control strategy capabilities.

Technology: Proficiency in Sagitta and/or EPIC software is a plus.

Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
