Overview The Assistant Team Leader is responsible for driving growth through consistent outbound calling, recruiting conversations, and follow‑up. This role focuses on building relationships with agents, identifying talent, setting appointments, and creating opportunities for the leadership team and Market Center. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by results. Success requires energy, professionalism, discipline, and the ability to turn daily call activity into appointments, recruiting opportunities, and growth. This is not an operations role; it is a people‑focused, production‑driven role for someone who enjoys outreach, influence, and helping grow the office through strong communication and consistent prospecting.

Responsibilities

Make consistent outbound calls to agents, prospects, and recruits each day.

Build relationships through phone conversations, follow‑up, and personal connections.

Identify potential recruiting opportunities and move prospects to the next step.

Set appointments for recruiting conversations, meetings, or leadership follow‑up.

Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, contacts, and follow‑up activity.

Track conversations, appointments, and outcomes accurately.

Follow up with prospects in a timely and consistent manner.

Help create and maintain recruiting momentum through daily prospecting activity.

Communicate regularly with leadership regarding pipeline activity, opportunities, and results.

Represent the Market Center with professionalism, energy, and strong communication.

Support office growth goals by turning conversations into appointments and appointments into opportunities.

Participate in recruiting events, growth initiatives, and leadership‑directed outreach efforts as needed.

Qualifications

Conduct high‑volume outbound calling to recruit and connect with agents.

Build rapport quickly and create meaningful recruiting conversations.

Identify agent needs, goals, and opportunities through strong questioning and listening.

Generate appointments and recruiting opportunities through daily call activity.

Manage follow‑up with consistency and urgency.

Keep accurate records of calls, notes, appointments, and pipeline progress.

Work closely with leadership to support recruiting and growth goals.

Maintain activity levels and performance standards set by the office.

Compensation $50,000 - $75,000 per year
