A tech AI startup is looking for a

Business Development Representative

to join their team in New York, NY.

Compensation: $70-100K

Responsibilities

Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM.

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.

Communicate customer feedback and market insights to leadership.

Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.

Qualifications Required:

3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented.

Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and startups.

Preferred:

Experience selling B2B SaaS or technical products.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
