A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is building a new outbound sales engine and looking for motivated Business Development Representatives to join the team in Charlotte. This is an opportunity to be part of the early build of a modern sales organization led by experienced SaaS leadership. The role is ideal for someone who is competitive, resilient, and excited to grow into a long-term career in technology sales. You will play a critical role generating new business opportunities, starting conversations with potential customers, and building pipeline for the sales team. What You’ll Do

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels) Identify and engage potential customers to understand their needs and challenges Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives Manage outreach activity and pipeline within the CRM system Consistently hit and exceed activity and meeting targets Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategy Continuously refine messaging and prospecting techniques Contribute to building a high-energy, performance-driven sales culture What They’re Looking For

1–3 years of sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing experience (SaaS experience preferred) Experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, competitive mindset, and resilience in a high-activity environment Coachable and eager to improve through feedback and training Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the SaaS sales process Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools Why This Role Stands Out
