Investigate, secure, and analyze information related to claimants' medical conditions and financial records to determine eligibility for disability benefits Identify and address discrepancies and outstanding issues while securing additional documentation as needed Make and communicate disability approval decisions and issue correct benefits Act as a liaison with underwriting, reinsurance carriers, and other relevant parties Recognize and respond to potentially fraudulent activity and litigation to ensure a defensible file What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of disability claims processing experience, with at least 2 years of IDI-specific claims experience Ability to understand and interpret claim evaluation materials, including medical and financial records Experience in liaising with underwriting, sales, and private investigators Strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and prioritize critical objectives How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
