Job Summary
We’re looking for an AI Marketing Manager / Specialist who’s excited about the future of marketing and knows how to turn emerging technology into real, practical output. This role sits at the intersection of AI, creativity, and execution.
You don’t need to be a data scientist—but you do need to understand how to use AI tools to move faster, work smarter, and elevate the quality of marketing work across channels.
If you enjoy building systems, creating great visuals, experimenting with tools, and making ideas come to life, you’ll probably love this role.
Job Duties AI & Marketing Enablement
Identify, test, and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output
Use AI to assist with content creation, campaign ideation, optimization, and workflow automation
Train and support the marketing team on practical AI usage (prompts, tools, best practices)
Stay current on AI trends and recommend tools that actually solve problems (not just shiny objects)
Creative & Digital Execution
Design marketing assets for email, digital campaigns, social, and web using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere a plus)
Support light video production and editing for marketing campaigns, social content, or internal needs
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas into polished, on‑brand assets
Assist with digital and email design to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and conversion‑friendly
Campaign & Channel Support
Support email marketing and digital campaigns with strong creative and AI-assisted optimization
Help improve speed‑to‑market while maintaining brand quality and consistency
Partner with other marketers to bring campaigns from concept to execution efficiently
Use AI and analytics tools to uncover trends, customer behavior insights, and optimization opportunities
Core Skills Required Skills & Abilities
Foundational understanding of AI tools used in marketing (content, design, automation, optimization, etc.)
Hands‑on experience using AI in real marketing workflows
Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable designing for email, digital, and social channels
Basic video editing or motion graphics experience is a strong plus
Nice‑to‑Haves (Not Required)
Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing automation or workflow tools
Experience creating short‑form video or animated assets
Prior experience supporting cross‑functional marketing teams
Education & Experience Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field OR
Equivalent practical experience with demonstrated portfolio of work
Experience
3–7 years of experience in marketing, digital design, or creative production
Minimum 1–2 years actively using AI tools in real marketing workflows
Demonstrated experience implementing tools that improved efficiency, output, or performance
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, email, and social creative work
Experience collaborating within a marketing team environment.
Working Environment
Onsite employees – As a condition of your employment with ACN, Inc, you will be required to work onsite at our designated office or facility. When considering this position, please be aware that you will be expected to perform your duties at our physical location as outlined in your offer of employment. We understand circumstances may require temporary remote work arrangements and exceptions may be granted on a case‑by‑case basis. However, it’s essential for candidates to understand that the standard expectations is to work onsite.
Office environment Mon‑Fri, between the hours of 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
The position may require occasional travel for continuing education, training or support.
